Deep & First-Time Cleaning
Includes everything in our standard cleaning, plus additional detail work typically performed during a first or deep clean:

Deep and first-time cleanings are customized to your needs. If certain areas don’t require extra attention, we simply focus our time where it matters most to you.

Homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned recently, homes preparing for a move, or clients who want a detailed reset before recurring service.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with supplies to thoroughly clean your home.
Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
We do our best to assign the same cleaner whenever possible, except in cases of illness or severe weather.
How do scheduling changes or questions get handled?
All scheduling and service-related communication is handled through our office. We ask that clients and cleaning staff do not exchange personal phone numbers. This helps prevent confusion and ensures consistent, reliable service.
Our scheduler manages all changes, and management is always available with a typical call-back time of about 10 minutes if we’re unable to answer immediately.
What forms of payment do you accept, and when is payment due?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Payment is requested the same day services are rendered.
For cash or check payments, your cleaner will collect payment at the end of the visit.
A Few Things to Know Before Your Clean
For everyone’s safety and to protect your home, we ask that clients note the following:

Cleaning services are limited to the interior of the home

Our team is unable to lift or move items over 20 lbs

If you’d like areas cleaned, which will require moving furniture or large appliances, we’re happy to do so with customer assistance

For safety, our team uses step stools no higher than two steps

After dusting, a small amount of dust resettlement is normal
